Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs has recently issued a flyer in relation to Customs (Administration of Rules of Origin under Trade Agreements) Rules, 2020 (CAROTAR, 2020), which have come into force w.e.f. 21 September 2020.

The flyer contains information for importers and other stakeholders along with FAQs, which seeks to provide guidance on compliance of CAROTAR, 2020.
